This light, lemony white exemplifies the

What You Need To Know
Vinho Verde wines come from a lush,

former Waldorf educator, Croft converted his family’s
16th-century Minho farm into Portugal’s first wine estate farmed
according to biodynamics, a type of über-organic farming
founded by philosopher and Waldorf inventor Rudolf Steiner.
