This Cabernet Sauvignon, for example, is based on wine from a prestigious, pricey Napa Valley estate. Banshee Wines—a plucky startup from industry veterans Baron Ziegler, Noah Dorrance and Steve Graf—then used this Cabernet as the base for a classic Bordeaux-style blend, incorporating traditional complementary varieties like Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
